Go-Go Music Show is a live music performance that has established itself as a premier event in Washington DC. The event, which is now entering its 31st jubilee, showcases remarkable performances from renowned artists across the globe. The festival presents a fantastic opportunity for those present to free and relax their minds from busy work environment and enjoy invigorating and sensational live music performances (Tassiopoulos 13).

In this year’s event, extremely talented hip hop artist like K. Michelle belonging to the Hip Hop Atlanta Star will partner with Black Alley Band to offer a once in a lifetime event at Pitts Red Carpet Lounge, Washington DC. The event expects to have an attendance of 250 people. Those who will attend are expected to make advance booking with a ticket retailing at $35. The ticket sales will be done for three days (Tuesday to Wednesday) at a stall established within the compound of the venue. As such, the event majorly targets the customers of Pitts Red Carpet Lounge.

As regards to the marketing strategy, banners, posters, Go-go website and radio advertisement will be used. Radio adverts will be run by WKYS – Kiss the Peoples Station (93.9 FM) throughout the week prior to the event at a cost of $500. Banners will be erected at the main entrance of the venue and the other at U. Street. In addition, 400 posters will be pinned around the venue of the event. The latter advertisement media are estimated to cost $150. K. Michelle and Black Alley Band, who are the main performers, will walk away with $4,000 and $3,100 respectively. The venue, Pitts Red Carpet Lounge, will be offered at no cost as the event serves to publicize the lounge. At the end of the event, the estimated profit is $4,850.

Sponsoring this show offers an indispensable chance for your business to showcase its brands to the high profile visitors in attendance. Since Henesy is a brand that has been associated with hip-hop artistes such as Snoop Dog, who have performed previously in the Go-Go event, sponsoring this event is bound to increase the sales of this liquor brand especially amongst the youthful population.

Secondly, the event is highly publicized in social media, television, radio, and banners. Sponsorship of this event is an essential partnering opportunity in the area of businesses and corporations. It offers an avenue for marketing brands that are unpopular amongst the high-class individuals who might have developed a bias towards some products. It presents an open and direct opportunity for Remy Martin to enlighten a conglomeration of prospective buyers concerning products they offer (Kahle 29).

With your role as a sponsor in this event, your business logo and information will be incorporated in the event marketing and promotional materials, which include the social media, television, radio, banners, and press releases. This will not only serve to enlighten the masses about your brand, but will also boost the image of Remy Martin amongst the American population. As a sponsor in this event, you will have a chance to advertise the various brands offered by your business entity. The adverts that will be run through media outlets, banners, and social media will offer a proper platform for current and prospective customers to acknowledge the products offered by the sponsors. In this event, four types of sponsorship opportunities have been put forth depending on the sponsor’s preference (Kahle 26). These offers include banner space, stalls and backstage space, Attires worn by K. Michelle and media coverage.

In addition, K. Michelle, who is a renowned artiste across United States of America, would be expected to acknowledge the sponsors of the event at various intervals of her presentation. This will include rewarding a section of the audience that she finds remarkable with the liquor brands. This will be a celebrity advertisement to attract individuals who associate with the artist into purchasing the brands as anticipated.

During the event, the stage lighting and decoration will reflect the key sponsors of the event, with each sponsor being emphasized periodically. There would be dedicated banner adverts for your brands within the venue.
