Introduction:

thereto becoming quite clear. Over the course of two weeks, I exercised
three times each week at a local gym before going about the remainder of my
daily responsibilities. I found that my assumptions and research regarding
the immediate health benefits were accurate, as my day would be infused
with greater energy, focus and state of mind.
The study was largely a success in that the terms which had initially
been set would prove both quite attainable and yet ultimately personally
beneficial. Moreover, from the perspective of the health belief model to
be described with somewhat more detail here below, I could see a clear
relationship between this success and a psychological affirmation of that
which could be gained by persistence in the formulating exercise habits.
Health Behavior Model:
I would find that this examination would be best served by the values
of the health belief model. This is an appropriate way to gain a better
understanding of what causes people to make certain health behavior

that I would be wise to adopt the experimental health behavior as a regular
part of a lifestyle and health regiment.

It seems appropriate to resolve that the reinforcement of one’s
belief in the value of regular exercise may go a long way to assisting one
in finding ways to obtain this value. This study yield the promise that
further study in the study subject might yield yet further benefits through
more rigorous or refined exercise programs.
